Looking for that famously high brow, more traditional “Grey”…with a big bergamot bouquet & velvety smooth tannins, we created a perfectly balanced blend using a malty Assam black tea scented with oil of bergamot, and punctuated with flecks of citrus rind & blue cornflowers.
